What is Agile Software Development for public safety?
In essence, agile software development is less any one particular technique and more a complete set of principles that help user in a bold new era of collaboration, organization and innovation. These are key factors that have made Agile a software industry standard, but even more important for us is that is tailor made for public safety because its ever changing environment and new challenges that are arising in the field on a daily basis.
